Working with a Support Person

If, due to reduced work ability, you need additional assistance and guidance when starting a job or while working, we can provide support from a support person.

You can also complete a work placement with us. The purpose of a work placement is to provide jobseekers with practical work experience needed to enter employment and to develop their professional skills and knowledge in a real workplace. A work placement is not intended to replace an employee, but to support the jobseeker in gaining the knowledge, skills and work experience necessary for employment.

SPECIAL WELFARE SERVICES

Daily Living Support Service (IET)

We provide this service to adults with mental health conditions who live at home and require assistance and guidance in their daily lives. The aim is to support the highest possible level of independence and participation in community life.

Supported Employment Service (TT)

This service is intended for adults with mental health conditions who require ongoing guidance in finding and maintaining employment. The service helps people find suitable work and provides support throughout their employment.

Supported Living Service – Villa Amanita

We provide this service in Pärnu at A. Adamsoni 1 (Villa Amanita). We help people organise their daily lives and household activities in order to support independent living and participation in the community.

Community Living Service – Villa Amanita

At Villa Amanita, we provide a family-like living environment in a spacious apartment where residents have their own private rooms and share a kitchen and living room. Accessibility is ensured by a wheelchair lift. Support staff assist residents with everyday activities. The service includes accommodation and meals, subject to a personal contribution fee.

Our work centre at Haapsalu mnt 39 offers opportunities to participate in creative activities and various forms of work.

Person-Centred Special Welfare Services (ISTE)

We provide components of the person-centred special welfare service model for the City of Pärnu.

ARTS AND CRAFTS PACKAGES

By prior arrangement, we offer paid arts and crafts workshops for people with special needs who do not have access to suitable opportunities for handicrafts and creative activities elsewhere.

Day Package – €30
2–4 hours of arts and crafts activities, including materials, equipment, guidance and coffee breaks. Participants can take their completed work home with them.
Monthly Package – €200
Participants can attend the workshop on agreed days over the course of one month. The package includes materials, guidance and coffee breaks. Participants can take their completed work home with them.
We can also bring our workshop and instructors to your location as a pop-up activity for camps, summer events or other occasions. Contact us to request a customised offer.

ROOM RENTAL

We rent out rooms on the basement level for meetings and smaller events.

A coffee machine and presentation equipment are available on site. The premises are accessible by wheelchair lift. Recommended group size: 8–15 people.
