The customer can receive the products purchased through the online store in three ways.
- The goods will be sent to the Omniva parcel machine specified by the Customer.
- The goods will be sent to the Customer by the courier to the address specified when making the purchase.
- The customer picks up the goods at Laki 30, Tallinn. Pick-up must be arranged in advance by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +372 56647656
The desired delivery method must be indicated in the shopping cart before paying for the purchase.
The trouble-free delivery of the products purchased by the Customer depends on the accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the order.
Unless otherwise stated, the Customer shall pay for the handling of the shipment. The cost of the shipment depends on the delivery method.
The goods will be delivered to the Customer on the basis of the paid purchase order.
In case of delivery by parcel machine and courier, the goods will reach the address specified by the Customer within at least 7 working days after payment for the goods.
In the case of the delivery method “Pick up by myself”, the delivery time is as agreed. The goods are paid for at the point of issue.
