Delivery Policy

The Customer can receive the products purchased through the online store in three ways.

The goods are sent to the Omniva parcel machine designated by the Customer.
The goods are sent to the address specified by the Customer when making the purchase by courier.
The Customer must pick up the goods at Haapsalu mnt 39 Pärnu. Picking up the goods must be agreed in advance by email amanitaeesti(at)gmail.com or by calling +372 56647656

The desired delivery method must be indicated in the shopping cart before paying for the purchase.
The smooth delivery of the products purchased by the Customer depends on the accuracy and correctness of the data provided in the order.

Unless otherwise stated, the Customer pays for the handling of the shipment. The shipping fee depends on the delivery method.

The goods are delivered to the Customer based on the paid purchase order.

In the case of parcel machine and courier delivery, the goods will arrive at the address specified by the Customer within at least 7 working days from the date of payment for the goods.

In the case of the “I’ll pick up” delivery method, the delivery time is as agreed. Payment for the goods is made at the point of delivery.
