1. Validity of the Agreement

1.1. The following sales terms (Terms) apply to the use of the Amanita web environment and purchases made through it.

1.2. The parties to the agreement are SOLVE ET COAGULA OÜ (registration code 12471354), operating under the trademark Amanita (hereinafter referred to as Amanita), and the user of Amanita’s e-store or, if the user is not registered, the buyer making purchases from Amanita’s website (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).

1.3. The agreement is considered concluded when the Customer clicks the “Place Order” button via Stripe.


2. Payment Terms

2.1. All prices listed in the Amanita e-store include 20% VAT.

2.2. Orders must be paid in full immediately upon purchase. The following payment methods are available:
2.2.1. Payment in cash upon delivery.
2.2.2. Payment via Mastercard, Visa credit card, or debit-credit card through Stripe.

2.3. The price displayed before payment includes all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

2.4. After payment, Amanita will send an order confirmation to the Customer’s email address. A paper invoice is not included with the order. Customers who require a paper invoice must request it in the comments section during checkout.


3. Delivery of Goods and Shipping Times

3.1. Dispatch
3.1.1. Orders are dispatched after payment has been received in the account of Amanita’s parent company, SOLVE ET COAGULA OÜ.
3.1.2. Orders are dispatched within two (2) business days of ordering if possible, but no later than fourteen (14) business days after payment is received.
3.1.3. No packaging or dispatch occurs on weekends or public holidays.
3.1.4. Amanita is not obligated to dispatch orders if payment is not received in SOLVE ET COAGULA OÜ’s account.

3.2. Delivery Options in Estonia
3.2.1. Pickup – Notification will be sent to the Customer’s email when the order is ready. Orders can be picked up at Amanita’s official partner location: Haapsalu maantee 39, Pärnu, 80029, Estonia (open Mon-Sun 9:00–15:00).
3.2.2. SmartPost Parcel Terminal – Orders are delivered to SmartPost parcel terminals and typically arrive within 2-14 days. Notifications are sent via SMS or email. Failure to collect within the storage period will result in the order being returned to Amanita. Reshipping costs must be covered by the Customer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2.3. Omniva Postal Service to Post Office – Deliveries to post offices incur a fee. Unclaimed orders are returned to Amanita, with reshipping costs borne by the Customer.
3.2.4. Courier Service – A courier will arrange delivery with the Customer. If the Customer is unavailable at the agreed time and place, the order will be returned to Amanita, and reshipping costs must be covered by the Customer.

3.3. International Shipping
3.3.1. Amanita does not ship orders internationally.

3.4. Shipping Costs, Free Delivery, and Estimated Times

3.5. Ensure accurate contact details during checkout. Amanita is not responsible for delays or costs arising from incorrect or inaccurate information.

3.6. If an item is out of stock, Amanita will notify the Customer within seven (7) business days of order confirmation.

3.7. Amanita guarantees delivery within 30 days. If delivery is not possible, the Customer will be informed, and a refund will be issued within 30 days.


4. Right of Withdrawal and Its Consequences

4.1. Withdrawal Procedure
4.1.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
4.1.2. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the Customer (or a third party other than the carrier) has received the goods.
4.1.3. Withdrawal must be communicated to Amanita via an unambiguous declaration (e.g., by post or email). A standard withdrawal form is available but not mandatory.
4.1.4. The Customer must ensure returned items are undamaged and unopened (if sealed).

4.2. Consequences of Withdrawal
4.2.1. Amanita will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Refunds will use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


5. Complaints

5.1. Customers may file complaints within two years of receiving the goods if defects are found.

5.2. Complaints must include:

  • Customer’s name and contact information.
  • Date of complaint.
  • Description of the defect.
  • Proof of purchase.

5.3. Amanita will respond to complaints within 15 days.


6. Personal Data Protection

Amanita processes personal data solely for intended purposes and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.


11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiations, failing which they may be escalated to the Consumer Disputes Committee or Harju County Court.
